1. Booking & Confirmation

• All training sessions must be booked through the Balon Football Academy website.

• A booking is considered confirmed once checkout is completed, regardless of payment method.

• Balon Football Academy reserves the right to adjust schedules if operational changes are required.

2. Age Group Policy (Applies to ALL Group Training)

​

To ensure a safe, effective, and development-appropriate training environment, Balon Football Academy enforces strict age-group guidelines for all group training sessions.

Age Group Requirement

​

Players grouped in the same training session must be within one (1) year of age.

​

Examples

​

Permitted groupings:

• U8 & U9

• U10 & U11

​

Not permitted:

• U8 & U11

• U9 & U12

​

This policy ensures players can train at a similar physical, technical, and cognitive intensity, allowing coaches to deliver high-quality sessions safely and effectively.

Important:
Bookings that do not meet this age requirement may be adjusted, reassigned, or rescheduled by Balon Football Academy staff.

3. Player Information Accuracy

​

• Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate player information (age, date of birth, and age group) at the time of booking.

• Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in session adjustments.

4. Payment Policy

​

Balon Football Academy accepts the following payment methods:

• Online payment (credit/debit)

• Interac e-Transfer (manual payment option)

Interac e-Transfer Guidelines

​

• If Interac e-Transfer is selected, payment must be sent within the stated time frame.

• The transfer memo must include the player's name and the session date/time.

• Unpaid bookings may be cancelled or reassigned.

5. Coaching & Session Structure

​

• Coaches are assigned based on availability and session needs.

• Balon Football Academy reserves the right to assign the most appropriate coach for each session.

• Session content and intensity are designed based on the age and developmental level of the group.

6. Adjustments & Cancellations

​

• Balon Football Academy may make adjustments to sessions to maintain training quality, safety, and appropriate groupings.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), are non-refundable.

7. Agreement

​

By completing a booking, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to follow the Balon Football Academy Training Policy.
